NexOS is an AI-based content and automation platform designed for businesses. It includes social media management, content creation, automation flows and analytics.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out with your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NexOS to spread spam, illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual property

NexOS and its original content are the property of XbitAgency. The content you create with the platform remains yours.

6. Third-party integrations

NexOS connects to third-party services. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We aren’t responsible for interruptions of third-party services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XbitAgency isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of NexOS.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close your access at any time if these terms are violated. You can close your account at any time by writing to us.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continuing to use NexOS after the changes means you accept the new terms.
